I guess everyone really would like to know where the $100 billion "suplimental", ostensibly earmarked "for the troops", is REALLY going. Well gang, here’s the breakdown.

9 billion to General Motors for weapons research and development.

8.9 billion for a general slush fund in case of "emergencies"

8.8 billion for liquor and hookers sent in from Istanbul, for commanding officers.

8.6 billion for cost overruns.

8.4 billion for the U.S. embassy to be decorated in serpentine marble and flocked velvet wallpaper.

8.1 billion for Ad agencies to promote the war.

7.9 billion for color photos of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to be distributed to happy Iraqi families.

7.6 billion for Blackwater, Inc. (contractors at $20,000 per month to drive trucks until Nov,2007.

6.1 billion for beef patties, sliced cheese, raw french fries and hamburger buns for Burger King, the Green Zone.

5.4 billion for accounting.

4.8 billion for new uniforms for commanders and generals...and some "extra" benefits not designated.

4.2 billion for airplane fuel (Includes fuel for Congressmen’s visits)

3.9 billion for Pat Robertson’s Christian booklet distribution to heathen Muslims.

3.8 billion for added broadcast facilities, Radio Free America.

3.7 billion for security to guard the John McCain contingent to the Baghdad markets, promoting progress.

That’s it. Oh!..did we forget the troops?
