Justice Secret Services USA

I ,an American citizen, in compliance of constitutional rights to seek redress of greivances against the high officers of the US federal government , seek to petition said Patrick J. Fitzgerald , US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and Special Counsel leading the investigation of the instant case , known in the public vernacular as the "CIA Leak Case" to take the following actions to serve the cause of Justice and to protect the National Security of the United States

a) I urge said Patrick Fitzgerald , having been invested with the full plenary power of the US Attorney General, to petition the court of proper jurisdiction to seek the dismissal of all current US employees and contractors who he has determined to have violated the Classified Information Non Disclosure Agreement .

b) I urge said Patrick Fitzgerald , invested with the plenary powers of the US Attorney General , to petition the proper court of jurisdiction to lift the the gag order placed one Sibel Edmonds , a former FBI translator , who has had made very serious charges against witnesses in the "CIA Leak Case". She is currently threatened with imprisonment if she discloses her allegations in any public forum.
This only highlights the strong probabilty that the charges made by Ms. Edmonds hold merit and due to their explosive nature have compelled then Attorney General John Ashcroft to invoke the US States Secret Act, an act which you have stated publicly should never be invoked in the United States simply to shield powerful officials from being held accountable for crimes they may have committed.
As Acting Attorney General you have the plenary power to overturn the actions of your predecessor , Former Attorney General John Ashcroft

c) I urge said Patrick Fitzgerald to submit to the US House of Representatives an impeachment referral if either President of the United States , George W. Bush, or Vice -President of the United States ,Richard B. Cheney have submitted false or misleading testimony to the staff of the Office of Special Counsel or , alternatively , that statements made to the Office of Special Counsel are in gross contradiction to public statements issued by government officers Bush and Cheney.

Respectfully submitted

  • If the President, Congress and the Senate want to get to the bottom of who did what, they should pass an amendment that prohibits Executive pardons for those involved. This would give Fitzgerald a level playing field.

    • Not really. IMHO, it would just cause the ball taking it first bounce.

Fitz is a team player and will not go beyond the line drawn in the sand. Now note that I did not say he is weak of mind, on the contrary, he is a very bright person. And as such, can find the path to tread that will not touch what shouldn’t and display that "the system works" byline.

    • If he fails to do his job fully, he is as anti-American as the cabal he refuses to prosecute.
Shame on him for ignoring the law and going with rule of Bush...

  • fitzgerald will do nata, the system is so corrupt that they are all in it.
