Prison USA

For those FEW who are still in denial about the history of US torture since our inception, I offer a couple of references. Google and you’ll find THOUSANDS more!

One of the truly great mysteries of our time is WHY do victims of foreign incarceration and torture (the result, very often, of direct CIA involvement)..continue to immigrate to the "land of the free"?

Are they in denial? Ignorant? All forgiving?

The US has a shameful history of torture stemming from BEFORE we were even a bonafied nation. We mistreated and slaughtered Native Americans, supported dastardly dictators in South America, Africa and the Orient, and have continued these actions...even involving "experiments" on our own population!...right up to the present day. Now, as if to add insult to injury...Congress has passed the "compromise" bill (ostensibly still respecting the Geneva Convention) which will cover George Bush’s rear retroactively....against any lawsuits by various and sundry victims of torture (guilty OR innocent) in this whacko "endless war" on terror!

So back to the BIG question: WHY,after suffering horrendous and maiming torture at the hands of foreign governments backed directly by our "noble’ CIA...do these victims and their families STILL pour into America for "a better life"?

I’m waiting.

  • Because we only torture them OVER THERE, so we don’t have to torture them OVER HERE.

    Got it?

  • When we finally get to investigate the Bushites felonies and unconstitutional outrages along with their illegal invasion of Iraq through lies, deceit, preemption, and secrecy, perhaps we can subject George, and Dick, and Condi and Rove and Wolfowitz to some old fashioned waterboarding, electric shock, sleep deprivation, etc. until they tell us why in the H... they thought they could dominate the world and why they said the Constitution is just a damned old sheet of paper.
