Australia’s war crimes & hypocrisy - acts on 1 WW2 death, IGNORES 23 million dead in US Asian wars

Grossly human rights-abusing Australia must be described as Apartheid Australia because both the major parties (the Liberal-National Party Coalition and the Labor Party, collectively known as the Lib-Labs and representing about 90% of the electorate) voted for race-based exclusion of Northern Territory Indigenous Australians from the protection of the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racial... ).

However Apartheid Australia has gone much further than this offensive, race-based discrimination against the most vulnerable and deprived minority in Australia. On 8 January 2010 I made a Formal Complaint to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) over various US Alliance involvements in ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide, Afghan Genocide, Muslim Genocide, Aboriginal Genocide, Biofuel Genocide and Climate Genocide (see: http://www.countercurrents.org/poly... ).

The leaders of the US Alliance countries variously involved in these genocidal atrocities notably include George Bush Senior, Bill Clinton, George Bush Junior, Barack Obama, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Nicholas Sarkozy, Angela Merkel, Stephen Harper, John Howard, and Kevin Rudd. However a plethora of public servants, military leaders and other national leaders are also involved.

In addition, one notes the overwhelming majority of academics, public servants and journalists who are “accessories after the fact” in relation to these ongoing genocidal atrocities through inaction, ignoring and obfuscation of the immense realities documented above. Thus the taxpayer-funded Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is the most liberal and ethical of the Mainstream media in Australia but a Search of the “entire ABC site” reveals a scant and inexplicit 9 items in relation to the term “Aboriginal Genocide”, 3 items relating to the term “Aboriginal Holocaust” and essentially zero (0) items in response to searches for the terms “Palestinian Holocaust”, “Iraqi Holocaust”, “Afghan Holocaust”, “Muslim Holocaust”, “Biofuel Holocaust”, “Climate Holocaust”, “Palestinian Genocide”, “Iraqi Genocide”, “Afghan Genocide”, “Muslim Genocide”, “Biofuel Genocide” and “Climate Genocide”.

While Apartheid Australia resolutely IGNORES the immense current holocausts and genocides in which it is complicit (9 million post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Territories, and 23 million Asian excess deaths in post-1950 US Asian wars), it has approved deportation to Hungary for trial of an elderly man for the alleged murder of ONE (1) Jewish Hungarian teenager in 1944.

According to Australian ABC News, November 2009, “Minister won’t meet Zentai’s family” (see: http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/... ): “The Federal Minister for Home Affairs, Brendan O’Connor, says it would be improper for him to met the family of the accused war criminal Charles Zentai. Mr O’Connor has approved the extradition of the 88-year-old, who is being held in prison in Perth pending an appeal against his extradition to Hungary to face trial for the murder of a Jewish teenager in 1944. The Minister refused to meet Mr Zentai’s son during a media conference in Perth this morning, saying it would have been inappropriate."It is not proper for me to engage with family members in matters to engage with extradition," he said. "It would be highly unprecedented and it would not further this particular issue."”

I am personally interested in this case because (a) I am an anti-racist humanitarian who researches and writes extensively about the avoidable violent and non-violent death of fellow human beings, (b) because to my knowledge only a dozen members of my wider family survived the Jewish Holocaust as applied to Hungarian Jews, 1944-1945, and (c) I am an Australian.

However, more important than the mere punishment of war criminals is the transparent, scientific exposure of what actually happened – because, put simply, history ignored yields history repeated.

Rational risk management successively involves (a) getting accurate data, (b) scientific analysis of the data (science involving the critical testing of potentially falsifiable hypotheses) and (c) systemic change informed by such analysis to minimize risk of recurrence of adverse events.
Unfortunately, such rational risk management is typically perverted in all human societies, basically because money (equals power) determines, successively: (a) “official truth”, (b)“official interpretation” and (c) “official actions”.

The rational risk management protocol outlined above is simply turned on its head, the perverted protocol successively involving (a) ignoring, untruth, lies, censorship, (b) anti-science spin (this involving the selective use of asserted facts to support a partisan position) and (c) counterproductive “blame and shame” that simply substitutes hate, vengeance and hysteria for reason and inhibits the accurate reportage that is the vital first step in rational risk management.

Meanwhile on display before the World is the extraordinary racist double standard of Apartheid Australia – an 88 year old man facing deportation from Australia to face trial for allegedly killing a teenager in war-time Hungary 66 years ago, while Apartheid Australia virtually completely ignores its complicity in horrendous Indigenous Genocides, Biofuel Genocide and worsening Climate Genocide and indeed ignores the very reality of these atrocities.

How should the World respond to the complicity of Apartheid Australia and the US Alliance in the ongoing Muslim Holocaust and other holocaust and genocide atrocities?

The US does not recognize International law as applying either to itself or Apartheid Israel. However Apartheid Australia is more susceptible to prosecutions under the terms of the Geneva Convention and the UN Genocide Convention.

Nevertheless all the complicit countries of the US Alliance, the "democratic Nazi" inheritors of the supposed European right to commit genocide, are susceptible to public exposure, sanctions and boycotts.

As revealed on the World Stage at Copenhagen, Island States threatened with total extinction by man-made global warming will “not go gentle into that good night” (in the words of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas).

It is to be hoped that Pacific, Indian Ocean and Caribbean Island Nations (such as Tuvalu, the Maldives and the West Indies Island Nations) and mega-delta Nations (such as India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bangladesh) will prosecute climate criminal Apartheid Australia for deliberate, knowing, intentional Climate Genocide before the International Criminal Court (ICC).
