Bush Plans to Fire Prosecuter
by Tom Flocco - August 7, 2005 TomFlocco.com

Sunday morning online editions of Newsweek and Time are reporting that the President is planning to fire Chicago’s U.S. Federal Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald and replace him with a Bush classmate/Skull and Bonesman from Yale.

Following on the heels of these reports, we have learned from U.S. intelligence sources that federal agents are prepared to immediately arrest Mr. Bush if he fires Fitzgerald and seeks to obstruct justice and commit additional treasonous acts regarding ongoing grand jury proceedings against his administration and himself.

TomFlocco.com reported last week that Fitzgerald’s grand jury voted out perjury and obstruction of justice "True Bills" or federal criminal indictments against President Bush, Vice-President Cheney, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, former Attorney General John Ashcroft, former CIA Director George Tenet, Presidential Senior Advisor Karl Rove, Presidential Chief of Staff Andrew Card, Vice-Presidential Chief of Staff I. "Scooter" Libby, imprisoned New York Times reporter Judith Miller and Vice-Presidential Senior Advisor Mary Matalin.

On Friday, federal whistleblower Tom Heneghen reported that the true bills also listed Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justice Antonin Scalia as unindicted co-conspirators.

According to sources close to the grand jury, Fitzgerald’s citizen panel is now able to prove that George W. Bush was not legitimately elected president in the 2000 election; but more importantly, it has fingered the United States Supreme Court for fraud, obstruction of justice and treason, making the Bush terms totally illegal.

The scope of the indictments and investigations indicates that the grand jury’s indicted criminal acts reaching back to 2000 will lead to further legitimate assumptions that Bush-Cheney involvement in the 9.11 attacks and sending American young people to war based upon lies orchestrated by Mr. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair are both squarely in the sights of the grand jury.

  • If Bush axes Fitzgerald he will be in trouble. He is not a king, he is the President (well not really, but that is another story). Nixon fired Archibald Cox, and we all know what happened to him. This is getting wild.

  • This is just too good to be true... so I did the obvious. The article begins with:

"Sunday morning online editions of Newsweek and Time are reporting that the President is planning to fire Chicago’s U.S. Federal Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald and replace him with a Bush classmate/Skull and Bonesman from Yale."

To confirm the basis of this whole story... I checked the alleged sources: Newsweek and Time.

Much to my dismay, I was unable to find any reference to this "story" on either site. There are 3 possible explanations...

    1. I’m too ignorant to find it.
    2. The "story" never existed on these websites... which speaks negatively to the reliability of Tom Flocco
    3. The "story" was pulled from both sites... which speaks positively to the reliability of Tom Flocco.

    Which is it?

    • The actual headline was "Leak prosecutor’s BOSS likely to be replaced with Bush classmate; ’Skull and Bones’" http://rawstory2.com/admin/dbscripts/printstory.php?story=198

I’m sure he would LOVE to get rid of the special prosecutor but it would be political suicide for Bush to fire Fitzgerald. Even W isn’t that stupid.

    • No word of this story in either Newsweek or Time.
Is this a very late April Fool’s day joke?

    • Now I do not know about everything in BelaCiao but for verification on replacement of Fitzgerald by Bush’s classmate go to the following address:

    • I want to believe Tom Flocco, but I want some kind of corroboration, not from main stream media, but from people who are in the know.

    • a google news search to match bush and fitzgerald with each of the other 14 ’68 bonesmen and found only the following ref:

"Sunday morning online editions of Newsweek and Time are reporting..." appears bogus as you found and an attempt to visit the heresayer at "TomFlocco.com" denied access to the website.

However, just ’cause we just can’t seem to find anything beyond Flocco-India rumours does not mean this ain’t so far from truth.

    • Rep. Conyers Blogsite (please visit) had an article by Conyers the other day linking to Newsweek online about the firing of FITZGERALD’S BOSS who is being replaced by a Skull and Bones friend of Bush to try to intimidate Fitzgerald.

Newsweek didn’t say the last comment but surprizingly they did write that the replacement boss was "a Skull and Bones friend of Bush".

I think it is the second article down on the blogsite and has clickable link to Newsweek.

  • Same article on http://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/article.asp?ID=3439 opens with the following disclaimer:

Despite initial scepticism we posted the following. Now it appears that the following is simply more disinformation as the online edition of Newsweek have still not posted any story about indictments being brought against Bush & Co, as claimed. If nothing appears in the next few hours we will pull the story and write it off as disinformation aimed at discrediting the independent Internet news media. Ed.

  • I too did some researching. Much to my dismay, I have not been able to find anything to substantiate this story. I checked out "buzzflash.com" because they would surely have something on this if it were true. Nada there either. I’m not a Bushie so therefore just because I wish this to be true doesn’t mean that will be the case. Makes me wonder about the Flocco site. Man that would have made my morning!!!

    • a good link ,wish i had it an hour and a half ago, unfortunately the story being reported on this website and others is that fitzgerald will be fired , the article states that the skull and bones classmate will be fitzgeralds new boss ,who would have the authority to terminate his special powers granted by fitzgeralds outgoing boss

  • Bush the king. All power to GOP, in order to further advance the American democracy.

    • Another brain dead American with Deliverance morals. Too bad they are so common there Ozark rednecks. They lost the confederate war and they will never give up until they destroy the earth and all life upon it for their stupidity.

    • Ok jackboot thug. GOP means what again? "Getting Over People"?

  • I wish this were all true...I wonder what Tom Flocco’s been smoking...cause I need some of that stuff...

    • I am a big Tom Flocco fan from way before this story, in fact that’s how I learned of it. He’s very meticulous in his reporting. He’s broken some very big stories before, and he’s not afraid to say the whole truth, no matter who doesn’t like it, yet he’ll wait patiently till he’s sure he’s right.

Something major is going on behind the scenes, and it’s dangerous because too much is at stake and there is too much incentive for some very powerful people to do whatever it takes to stop it, to distract the public from it. Firing Fitzgerald right away is dangerous too, it might backfire.

Putting a Skull & Bones guy in as his boss is really spooky as it would be a given that he was being put there to fulfil a jihad-type get Fitzgerald mission for the Fuhrer at any cost.

Or maybe another terrorist attack happens, Martial Law is announced, and maybe the terrorists are from Iran this time, and we go to war against them and forget Fitzgerald in the excitement. During all this lies are made up about Fitzgerald, he is fired, and the new person cleans it all up.

Interesting story by someone else showing just how serious this all is:
      http://www.cloakanddagger.de/media/S_284_S/Overthrow%20series/bush.htm

Another source, an attorney doing investigative journalism, verifies something major is going on and discusses the legalities involved:
      http://citizenspook.blogspot.com/

How big are the stakes? The above link shows that the charges being discussed for Bush include treason which because they resulted in deaths of foreign U.S. agents under cover and during wartime, the maximum penalty would be death. And it’s not just Bush, but practically all his key people.

  • Tom Flocco is full of shit. Unfortunately.

His latest article on Barb Olson is so full of holes it’s sinks like a rock.

9-11 crash victim Barbara Olson arrested in Europe

    http://www.tomflocco.com/fs/OlsenArrested.htm

"French and American intelligence agents have arrested Barbara Olson, the wife of a former Bush administration official, a few days ago on the Polish-Austrian border, according to agents close to and with knowledge of the incident."

*There is no border between Poland and Austria. Unless you want to call it Czech.*

    http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/travel/dg/maps/11/750x750_europe_m.gif

Notice the Austria-Poland border? It’s called the Czech Republic.

"The alleged 9.11 Pentagon crash victim was found to be in possession of millions in fake interbank Italian lyra currency, according to the agents."

*What the hell is a Lyra? Italy and the Vatican use the Euro, previously it used the Lira. The fake part is correct.*

    The guy is nuts.
