Billed as the largest Martin Luther King Jr. march in the United States, this
annual event draws upward of 30,000 participants, gathering at City Park and
proceeding to Civic Center Park for a rally.

you can hand write in the date and time before taking it to kinkos... or use an image editor to insert your own text, if you don’t have one, install ’the gimp’ - like adobe photoshop, but free.
