Some suggest the global elite are intent on "weaponizing" virtually every ’control potential’ technology on the planet. Weather manipulation is a given goal of the US Air Force...and there is speculation that Tesla type technology has been perfected via HAARP and other clandestine projects to the point of being able to influence large weather systems. But no one knows for certain.
I firmly believe, the globalists are using black magic and sorcery against the unsuspecting masses. It seems one of their goals, is to eventually "weaponize" everything on the planet, so they can control everything on the planet. Weather manipulation could be just another tool in their black bag of high-tech death, trauma and mind control devices. Those of you who have been paying close attention know this cabal has absolutely zero compunction about using any and all of their evil sci-fi toys to achieve their ultimate goal of an Orwellian, One World Order prison planet.
And how much toward this end did the unusually powerful Hurricane Katrina offer up among the "useless eaters" of New Orleans? This from a Louisiana government official, "My guess is that it will start at 10,000, but that is only a guess," Vitter, a Louisiana Republican said, adding that he was . . . "not basing his remarks on any official death toll or body count."
