Passive mass murder of Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan infants by war criminal US Alliance

A huge gulf exists between international values and intra-national values – and even within countries that are ostensibly “non-racist” there are huge discrepancies in values as applied to racial minorities.

Thus Apartheid Australia has been shocked by cases of infant deaths due to parental neglect but utterly IGNORES the ongoing Aboriginal genocide at home (9,000 avoidable Indigenous deaths annually) and Apartheid Australia’s involvement in the passive mass murder of 0.3 million Occupied Asian under-5 year old infants every year in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Territories (see “Hey, hey, USA, how many kids did you kill today? Thus this week in Apartheid Australia an Indian-origin Australian couple who relied on homeopathic treatments for their eczema-stricken baby daughter have been jailed over her death. Thomas Sam, 42, and his wife Manju, 37, were found guilty of the most serious case of manslaughter by criminal negligence and were sentenced to 6 years and 4 years, imprisonment, respectively. The judge said their nine-month-old daughter Gloria had suffered helplessly and unnecessarily from a treatable condition and sentenced the pair to a total of 10 years behind bars (see ABC News Report: http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/... ).

This was a shocking case of manslaughter of one innocent child through the horribly mistaken beliefs of the parents. The judge stated: “Thomas Sam was arrogant in his approach of treatment and preferred homoeopathy and his wife Manju deferred to her husband which unfortunately led to child’s death”.

Similar shocking cases of child neglect have surfaced in Australia recently with the horribly negligent parents being prosecuted for manslaughter.

However the world ignores Apartheid Australia’s active involvement in the passive mass murder of about one third of a million under-5 year old Asian infants in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Territories each year - Occupied Territories in which, according to UNICEF (see: http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry... ) under-5 year old infant deaths total 4,000, 41,000 and 338,000 each year (90% avoidable and due to Occupier war crimes).

UNICEF (see: http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry... ) informs us that 338,000 under-5 year old Occupied Afghanistan infants die each year, 90% avoidably and due to non-supply of life-sustaining requisites by the Occupiers in gross contravention of Articles 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (see: http://www1.umn.edu/humanrts/instre... ).

The Geneva Convention demands that "To the fullest extent of the means available to it the Occupying Power has the duty of ensuring the food and medical supplies of the population" but the reality is that 0.3 million Occupied Afghan infants die avoidably EACH YEAR under the heel of the Occupiers Apartheid Australia and its racist, anti-Asian, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, pro-Zionist, Islamophobic allies in the US Alliance.

Indeed the World Health Organization (WHO) (see: http://www.who.int/countries/en/ ) tells us that for Occupied Afghanistan "Total expenditure on health per capita (Intl $, 2006): 29 " as compared to that for Occupier Apartheid Australia: "Total expenditure on health per capita (Intl $, 2006): 3,122".

What can decent, anti-racist, pro-peace, humane people do about genocide by war criminal, climate criminal, racist Apartheid Australia and its evil, genocidal associates of the war criminal US Alliance?

Decent people must (a) inform everyone they can about these crimes; (b) urge comprehensive sanctions and boycotts against genocidal Apartheid Australia as were successfully employed against Apartheid South Africa; and ; and (c) demand International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecution of genocidal Apartheid Australia, genocidal Apartheid Israel and and their genocidal US Alliance allies.
