You can meet, anytime, at a public airport (PHOTOS BELOW), the U.S. government’s Criminals In Action (aka CIA) on their way to commit crimes. The Landmark Aviation terminal (FIRST PHOTO) at the Washington (DC) Dulles International Airport (code: IAD) is the place these batty hellions fly out of. It is open to the public to mingle with the CIA agents.

It would be well worth your time to drive out to the building across from National Car Rental and check it out. Bring along an aviation-band radio and the list of planes at the end (get the current tail numbers from Google first).

every day for Iraqis: Every day is Virginia Tech day for Iraqi civilians since the U.S. invasion and occupation of their country. but don’t fly them. If you do, what you think is clear air turbulence might be the "flight attendants" beating the hell out of you.

These people do not use the airline terminals at Dulles International as you would, passing through its security and customs checkpoints and walking the concourses. Companies like Landmark Aviation at Dulles — and Richmor Aviation (operator of the Boston Red Sox prison plane) at Schenectady County Airport, NY (and Columbia County Airport, Hudson, NY) — park, hangar, fuel, deice, and service the CIA torture planes. The companies, called fixed-base operators, FBOs, also provide terminal facilities for passengers, briefing rooms for pilots, and concierge services (hotel and car reservations, etc.).

However, you can meet the pilots of America’s Torture Taxis — mostly employees of the "private" (actually CIA) firm Aero Contractors Ltd http://www.newsobserver.com/102/story/562339.html out of the Johnston County (NC) Airport and the Kinston (NC) Regional Jetport — in Landmark’s pilot’s lounge at Landmark Aviation.

If you are lucky, you might get a glimpse of one of the CIA’s ghost planes on the tarmac outside the passenger lounge (THIRD PHOTO). Perhaps you’ll glimpse the Aero Contractors/CIA N379P (old number) http://www.president-bush.com/torture-jet.html , a Gulfstream V executive jet ("guests" get "extraordinary treatment" [the bastards’ term] on this plane, but it’s nothing like United’s First Class). Or you might see the Boston Red Sox-owned N85VM (list below) Gulfstream IV http://fotodj.com/pages/schenectady2003/CA042D.htm . You might need an IV after flying this one.

The N379P and N85VM both have been frequent visitors to Landmark at Dulles as you can see from the list of CIA Dulles landings at the end of this article. The Aero/CIA N379P has so often visited the U.S. military torture camp in Cuba that it is known as the Guantanamo Bay Express. The Boston Red Sox "executive" jet (N85VM) was one of two planes in the rendition of Egyptian cleric Abu Omar in 2003, a landmark case that is scheduled to come to trial in June in Milan, Italy.

NAMES ARE CHANGED TO PROTECT THE GUILTY

The CIA changes the numbers on these planes to avoid detection by law enforcement agencies overseas and the public here and abroad. For example, the Guantanamo Bay express, N379P, last bore the tail number N44982, but the registration is no longer current. The Red Sox torture jet, N85VM, was subsequently reregistered as N227SV.

To get the current tail number, get the plane’s serial number and go to the FAA site http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry . Searches on Google and Wikipedia also can help get the latest registration number, as can a visit to the home airports noted above. The serial numbers of most rendition planes are listed here:

OWNED BY BUSH-RELATED CARLYLE GROUP AND BEING SOLD TO A DUBAI STATE-RUN COMPANY

Landmark Aviation is a Tempe, AZ, based company owned by the Carlyle Group of Washington, DC, one of the world’s largest private investment firms. The company website is at http://www.carlyle.com/eng/company/l3-company732.html . Former President George H.W. Bush retired from Carlyle in October 2003. George W. Bush served on the board of directors of early Carlyle acquisition Caterair. The current U.S. president left the board in 1992 to run for governor of Texas. Many members of the power elite have been affiliated with the company, including Bush-family fixer James Baker III and former British prime minister John Major.

No company has better connections with the power elite. (See list at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlyle_Group .) The CIA doesn’t trust just anyone to run its home base for renditions.

Saudi Arabian relatives of Osama bin Laden were also investors in Carlyle until October 2001, when the family sold its $2.02 million investment back to the firm in light of the public controversy surrounding bin Laden’s family.

Other Arab investors recently obtained an agreement to buy Landmark Aviation from Carlyle.

REMEMBER THE CONGRESS-ABORTED DUBAI PORTS DEAL? WELL, THIS IS DIFFERENT

Last summer Congressional protests stopped the state-owned Dubai Ports World from buying six US port facilities on account of national security concerns. But this deal by the state-owned Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd to purchase Landmark Aviation is different, somehow. http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/87101 Senator Charles Schumer (Democrat-NY) says so, and he was a vocal critic of the ports deal.

Senator Schumer told Bloomberg News Service that the aviation acquisition is not likely to arouse the same national security concerns.

“This purchase is not as much of a security risk as Dubai Ports World,” he said in a statement. “If a thorough ... review is done and necessary safeguards are taken, the deal is unlikely to have problems in Congress.” Even after the aviation attacks of 9/11, Mr. Schumer doesn’t find it necessary to explain why airports are less a security concern than seaports.

LISTEN IN ON THE CIA

How can we be sure Landmark Aviation is the exec-jet-servicing company used by the CIA at Dulles? For example, there is another large one, Signature Flight Support, and it provides fuel and deicing for a smaller one at Dulles, the Dulles Jet Center. However, these do not have the political connections of Landmark.

Another reason we can know Landmark is CIA home base is that we have listened in to communications of Landmark with front-company pilots on 129.77 MHz (Landmark’s "Unicom" [customer] frequency). You can do the same and you will recognize such CIA calls as GULFSTREAM TWO TWO SEVEN SIERRA VICTOR (the CIA’s Gulfstream N227SV). On this frequency you will hear the pilots requesting hangar space, fuel, or perhaps a car for "Jim Valachovic" (spelling?) or a hotel reservation for "Peter O. Brian."

As a CIA plane gets ready to leave Landmark, if you tune to the FAA’s ground-control frequency (121.9 MHZ at Dulles) you might hear the ghost pilot saying something like this: "Dulles Ground, Boeing 737 four four seven six Sierra at Landmark, taxi for departure VFR eastbound." (The 737 N4476S is the flagship of the Rendition Fleet, stationed at Aero Contractors’ Kinston, NC, hangar, a past site for torture protests.)

Other frequencies used by CIA pilots at Dulles (tower, ARINC, clearance for landing/takeoff, and ATIS) are listed on the home page of Landmark Aviation at http://www.landmarkaviation.com/fbo_network/locations/IAD/ . Again, you will need an aviation-band radio receiver.
