TED KENNEDY FIDDLES , CONSTITUTION BURNS

Senator Ted Kennedy , appearing on CBS’s "Face the Nation" programme, expressed his earnest hope that the Senate would not have to censure Unitary Dicktator Bush for his authorisation of an illegal domestic spying programme..... A committee lead by Rockefeller and Feinstein have been dispatched to plead with the Unitary Dicktator for more "cooperation. "....... On bended knee they beseech the AIPAC/PNAC warlord to cease and desist from his criminal ways. ..... Has Kennedy’s staff not availed Teddy of the numerous and repeated assertions of Bush’s ward, Unitary Dicktator Cheney, that this illegal spying programme is lawful and will proceed ? ( until they are stopped by Congress) ..... A federal act, a federal court of jurisdiction and the Fourth Ammendment of the United States Constitution have been shat upon...... The offenders are unrepentant.....The Congress continues to dodge their responsibillty to uphold the Constitution and rein in these proud and haughty usurpers..... Beyond the immediate issue of the spying programme is a matter of mucher greater national import ....... An elected president has placed himself above all law..... An elected president has usurped the authority of the judiciary branch , arrogating unto himself the authorty to nullify newly minted federal laws .......... With regard to existing statutes , the Co-unitary dicktators have placed themselves above the rule of law through the issuance of "Executive orders" that are crafted for the express intent of legitimating illegal and extra-constitutional misconduct..... Examples abound : " 1 ) Cheney , owing to a "EO", has claimed the authority to deputise a subordinate , Scooter Libby, to leak classified information to perfidious "journalist" Judith Miller..... 2 ) Another "EO" permits Donald Rumsfeld to initiate the dirtiest of covert operations in Iraq around the world , beyond all Congressional oversight... ...3 ) The kidnapping and torture of so called "enemy combatants" was "made right" by another Executive Order..... " 4 ) The domsetic spying programme ? ...Yet again, another monstrosity now termed "lawful" by the issuance of a piece of paper .... This is sheer insanity..... Kennedy & the other jelly fish are clearly more interested in protecting their petty-fiefdoms than standing up like men and saving our Dying Republic....... It’s not good politics to save the Constitution....
