THE ZAMORA AGENDA AGAINST IMPERIALISM AND REFORMISM

TO THE PEOPLE OF VENEZUELA AND THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD:

Two great threats are formiing over our nation, over the Venezuelan people, and its Boliviariano Revolution: the U.S. Empire is attempting to truncate the refounding of our nation and to recuperate our soil to serve its own interests
and Reformism , represented by a new bureucratic corrupt political caste.

It is difficult to define which is more dangerous as the second serves the interests of the Empire and can end up destroying the peoples’ hopes born out of this beautiful liberating process, Only the Boliviarano people
can save the revolution. There is no alternative, only the people, students, workers, peasants, unemployed
progressive middle class, with Bolivar, with Zamora, with Comandante Chavez, as leader can save our nation from a new historic defeat.

Today as we commemorate another year of the anniversary of the death of the Liberator Simon Bolivar, soul and guide of our struggles and the example of rebellion by Zamora, symbol of the combat against the bureaucratic caste that are traitors to the Revolution, the FRENTE NACIONAL CAMPESINO EZEQUIEL ZAMORA, conscious of
the complex stage in which the Revolution is in, calls on the Venezuelans, the excluded, the marginalized, to the progressive and democratic sectors, to the intellectuals, to all those who believe in a Soverieign, Free Egalitarian
Nation to find their stand in this period in regard to the ZAMORA AGENDA AGAINST IMPERIALISM AND BUREUACRATIC REFORMISM.

With this programmatic platform we will attempt to build a grand national alliance. We are convoking the democratic peoples with the urgent purpose of fighting for the defense and deepening of the process, the construction of authentic Socialism and transcending the capitalist model.

A new seditious offensive is on the march. The Empire with its perverse logic will never accept our right to be free and sovereign. It considers us part of its living space, from its geopolitical point of view as well as in terms of its enormous energy requirements. In this new offensive it hopes to destabilize the country, creating a
a mood of permanent insecurity to undermining the peoples’ morale and the support of the people to Comandante Hugo Chavez, They did it to the Sandinistas in Nicaragua and have tried it various times in Cuba.

They are trying to create psychological, moral and emotional exhaustion to get us to give up our libertarian goal.

They are carrying out a psychological warfare offensive based on the private means of communication, trying to exploit the inefficiency and lack of capability of many mayors, govenors, and functionaries of the central government (reformist and bureucrats) that consciously or unconsciously undercut the bases of our new institutionality.

The person responsable is the President who offers and offers but does not fulfill. There is a distance between the revolutionary speaches of the President and the practical execution of those speaches, becoming a serious threat to the Venezuelan Revolution.

Other variants that will be carrried out are the actions of paramilitary groups who through sabotage of strategic industries like PDVSA or the murder of legitimate leaders create the sense of internal conflict in its early stages. The strategic objective of this Counter-Revolutionary Plan is to defeat us no matter how. They may creating the conditions to set up a stage in which >presidential elections take place in a climate that the people are so exhausted vote for somone besides Chavez, and they may be preparing a Civil War with a border escalation which permits intervention in our country with the facade of pacification.....

Their order to withdraw the opposition candidates from the parliamentary elections leads in this direction as well as the magnification of >the issue of electoral abstention helps to give the sensation of an illegimate government, which in the next period could lead to international actions against Venezuela playing the stale "application of the democratic card" of the Organization of American States leading to even an economic blockade.

Within this planning is contained the murder of the President, in which possibly sectors of the "Chavista" reformist bureaucracy miay participate.

We wish to alert the FAN and Comandante Chavez on the strengthening of the Colombian paramilitaries in the Tachira and Apure front and we warn that sectors of the "chavista" reformist bureuacrats may be supporting them. These actions form the
framework of the imperialist offensive in order to create tension in the relations between Venezuela and Colombia in order to expand Plan Colombia against Venezuela.

All this destablization strategy is helped by corruption, incompetence and the incapacity of a large number of public officials who are limiting the government’s efficiency and impeding the new Institutionalite

...Thus they boycott the basic programs of the government, and the social Missions are unable to carry out the tasks they are supposed to. This caste reproduces of ADECO-COPEI>in doing politics: appointing officials (dedocracia) , populism, buying conscience, the use of politics and public activity for>individual enrichment. All this is taking place with the complacency of the MVR, PODEMOS, and PPT parties who seem to be more concerned with their fights for political and economic power than giving leadership to the actions of the government.

In this sense the parliamentary elections show the distancing and rejection not only of the fascist right but also of the new bureuacratic reforrmist elite by large sectors of the people..

...The truth is that the people did not go and vote not because they are against the revolutionary process or against Comandante Chavez, which right wing lackies say, they did not vote because they did not recognize most of the reformist leaders of the official parties as their vanguard or leaders. They did not go to vote because the candidates were imposed on them ratherf than being selected from below which the President had promised.

They did not go to vote because the parliamentarians of the MVR, PODEMOS and PPT do not go to the neighborhoods, they don’t go where the shacks are, they are distant from the people, as such they are the living expression of bureaucratism which Comandante Chavez has criticised. The people are not stupid. They are wise. The people know these parties are betraying the revolution.

....However, we recognize that among the diputados that were elected there are revolutonary companeros who are valuable who we put our hopes in that from the National Assembly will push for change and stand with the revolutionary people.

The FRENTE NACIONAL CAMPESINO EZEQUIEL ZAMORA by setting the boundaries from the new corruppt political caste announce we are declaring ideoligical and political war war. We will carry out revolutionary oppostiion against those sectors of the MVR, PPT, and PODEMOS who are enriching themselves with the revolution, who laugh at the People and who if faced with the assault of imperialism will be the first to negotiate.

For the F.N.C.E.Z. the war against bureucratic reformism and against the latifundio land holdings means a war against the tops of these parties who will be the first to negotiate. We manifest our full support to the international political line of Comandante Chavez, whose strategy is attempting a world which is multi-polar, where the U.S. Empire cannot do just what it feels like. This expresses profoundly the Bolivariano ideal of the unity of the peoples, a unity which should not just seen from
the economic viewpoint where the rich always win but rather the integral unity of the Peoples that leads to developing a new kind of society and the erradication of exclusion and backwardness in which the solidarity between Peoples is fundamental.

We reject the arguments of the pro-Yankee right wing with its usual egotism that says that the government is givng away our resources when actually it is solidarity support in a just interchange with our brother peoples...

President Chavez is not givng away our resources, he is investing them in the strategy of unity of the Peoples. This was first moulded by the Liberator Simon Bolivar, and it is now essential given the regional and world context to fight against the
common enemy: Yankee imperialism.

Faced by this double threat, it is necessary to raise the peoples alternative which will permit the People together with the patriots of the FAN and nationalist businessmen to maintain the socialist direction and transformation direction of the process.
The Frente, a revolutionary organization, which groups together broad sectors of peasants, committs itself before the Venezuelan People to fight to materialize this agenda and expell from the process the reformist, corrupt traitors and we call on unity of the nation to defeat the imperial pretensions to turn Venezuela into a neo-colony.

made efficient. This means transcending the bureaucratic corrupt state and accelerate the building of a new revolutionary state
that make the construction of Peoples Power alive as a strategic objective.

2. FIGHT TO DEEPEN THE AGRARIAN REVOLUTION AND AGRO ECOLOGY, FOOD SOVEEIGNTY. DEATH TO THE LARGE LATIFUNDIO LAND HOLDINGS

3. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACCORDS THAT CAME OUT OF THE WORKSHOP ON PEASANT SOCIAL SECUIRTY

4. FOR THE INDUSTRIALIZATON OF THE NATION AND PRODUCTIVE RECONVERSION

5. DEFENSE OF THE STRATEGIC INDUSTRIES AND THEIR REVOLUTIONARY TRANSFORMATION

6. FOR THE SATISFACTION OF THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE SUCH AS EDUCATION, HEALTH, WORK, HOUSING AND FOOD

7. FOR THE PARTICIPATIVE DEMOCRATIZATION OF INSTITUTIONS AND VENEZUELAN SOCIETY

8. DEFENSE OF OUR NATIONAL RESOURCES, ECOSTYSTEMS AND BIODIVERSITY, BUILD DEFENSE GUARDS AT ALL LEVELS
