Is there any other way that New Orleans could have spent $130,000,000 rather than on a football stadium?Just wondering.

Good question. It’s a question of priorities...making money or salvaging lives. We know what the Bushites would choose, despite all their "compassionate conservatisim." Their bottom line is profit for large corporations made at the expense of people who must work for minimum wage.Barbara Bush thought the people dying in the stadium were pretty happy to be in a place where they were still alive. George didn’t think about the wretched people at all. He probably worried about losing some oil well he owned off the coast.
