Louise Arbour under fire over Rwanda

Louise Arbour is a "war criminal". So says the lead lawyer of the International Tribunal on Rwanda, Christopher Black.

The current UN High Commissioner of Human Rights, formerly the Chief Prosecutor of the Rwanda Tribunal, Ms Arbour deliberately sabotaged investigations into a fateful plane crash of two African Presidents. For more information see:
