No one is above the law.

But, recent news reports indicate that former Vice President Richard B. Cheney created a secret CIA assassination program and then hid it from Congress, the public and the Justice Department.

This has to be the last straw.

This is the latest in a series of news reports indicating that the Vice President and other high-ranking members of the Bush Cabal conspired to break our laws and then cover it up.

From Watergate to Iran Contra, special prosecutors have been used by several administrations to fairly and impartially investigate potential law-breaking by the Executive branch.

President Obama was entrusted to take action by being elected the 44th President of these United States, and his justice department should move swiftly to name a special prosecutor with the power to investigate and bring to justice all of the architects of "W." era law breaking.

It’s time to appoint a special prosecutor.

    Don’t make us laugh. Cheney had the DC madam killed, Bhutto killed, and who knows.... proably Ken Ley too?

    Please try to phrase it correctly in the future: Cheney DEATH SQUADS. Don’t sugar coat it. That’s what we have with the CIA. And we do it all the time.

    There is no ’last straw’ with the criminal cabal. They’re all in it up to their necks and there will be NO PROSECUTIONS. Get it? NONE.
