Former ’IT’ Teacher Would Have Been ’Registered Sex Offender’ If Pinkerton Academy Had Taken Appropriate Action

Failure to act following report of sexual abuse allowed ’Mrs. Foster’ to evade justice and have contact with other High School students

According to UK police that received a criminal complaint and then recently forwarded it to the police department in Derry, NH via Interpol, Diane E. Foster aka "Mrs. Foster" (nee Burrell, now Diane E. Kanady), would have been required to register as a "Sex Offender" had the revelations been known concerning how she sexually abused at least one of her students at Pinkerton Academy many years ago.

During the years that followed, "Debbie", as she liked to be called (i.e. Diane E. Burrell), worked for Digital Equipment Corporation in Merrimack, NH, with a ’reference’ provided by Pinkerton Academy after they terminated her employment.

Following this time, Mrs. Foster (as she was known during her Pinkerton tenure) married Mr. Kenneth L. Kanady (2 Wagon Wheel, Road, North Attleboro, MA 02760) and quite astonishingly continues to have contact with High School students through her Eastern Star Scholarship trust, not to mention provide financial and other support advice to vulnerable people in her “trusted” position as a “CSA” working at Mass General Hospital; a status granted by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

These days Mrs. Kanady is perhaps regretting her sick behaviour many years ago.

Pinkerton Academy, represented by Peter Anderson, a director of the litigation department at McLane, Graf, Raulerson, & Middleton of Manchester, NH currently faces a number of questions, such as why they failed to report the crime to police when it happened and what type of reference did the school give the former teacher when she was let go?

Mary Anderson, currently Headmaster of the Academy, worked for Pinkerton at the time of the crime. She would have known Mrs. Foster personally and may have had some involvement in the actual cover-up.
