Dave Underwood Goes All Out To Prove His Guilt

Lancashire Constabulary officer David Underwood (PCSO 7144) just can’t seem to keep his mouth shut. Currently the subject of an IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) complaint involving Montgomery High School and his unorthodox interrogation of at least two children; young girls (11 years old) without first notifying parents and without a responsible adult being present, Underwood hasn’t ceased the behaviour that originally landed him into hot water.

The complaint against Underwood, reference CO/988/14, was recorded with the IPCC on 17 November 2014.

According to reports, Underwood has been in contact with at least one of the other parents involved in the complaint and he discussed the details of the complaint and attempted to advance his ’side of the story’ making disparaging comments about the complainant.

A further complaint has now been recorded against Underwood with Deputy Chief Inspector Vicki Evans, reference CO20171/14.
