Police - Repression Attack-Terrorism UK

The Killing of a Brazilian man shows that either the British police are nervous, inexperienced and naive, or it was a deliberate act by the police to give a message to foreigners, especially coloured people.
It is disgusting to hear all British politicians, including George Galloway, using decades-old stereotypes to praise police and security services. Presumably they do so because the police in Britain are seen as protectors. Their presence is seen as reassurance for the public as they are supposed to work with communities. However, like many other out-dated traditions, this belief is also a wrong one. Britain is no longer a far away little island inhabited by soft spoken, well-mannered white English men and women. It is not an empire that was cruel and brutal for its coloured subjects in colonies but the same empire was nice and polite to its native---white population.
Today’s Britain is a small island-country whose economy depends on business and services provided by hundred and thousands of coloured people who have made the UK their home. They all are British now as they live and make their living here. However, the multi-cultured British society is still on paper, just another hollow sound bite used by the directionless New Labour government. State policies and institutions, in many ways, serve the way they used to act in colonial times. That is one factor why foreigners feel alienated in the British society. They cannot intragrate in a society which still has racist institutions and laws. The new ‘war on terrorism’, (which should have been a campaign)
has been fought using same flawed institutions and the result is devastating.

The British police were declared institutionally racist by the Steven Lawrence inquiry. Several other reports confirm that as well. The US and British intelligence services were failed in detecting both the incidents. Intelligence services were involved in making up lies to provide a justification for attacking Iraq and yet all politicians and journalists praise and rely on same police and security services no matter what they do? Do they know the police and security services are telling truth? It is worrying to see the media and journalist just telling police version of stories. So-called security experts, defence officials and home affairs have been spin doctors for security services and the police.

  • The London attack was on the wishlist of most of the European countries. Now they can act under the coat of fighting terrorists and deny entrance for silom seekers or for those who are coming because the economical situation in their homelands is unbearable.

Strangely and with all these surveilance cameras in place the Police in London does not have any clue and has entered into a guessing game.

The fact that Mossad committed this henious crime in London becomes now more and more real.

      does it?
      care to expand on that?
perhaps you could give us all some facts to back up your vague assertion that the israelis planned the attacks.

perhaps you can explain what you mean by

and where you could have possibly got that kind of information.
are you in talks with the heads of state?
or are you just making wild accusations from your position of frustrated ignorance under your tinfoil helmet?

  • Nick, how bizarre! Whilst calling the British police racist you should use the word coloured to describe the various ethnic minorities. The term coloured is considered offensive by a significant proportion of black people.

Your history of Britain and more importantly the current state of the Nation is mistaken to the extreme. It was not just foreigners who were enslaved. You seem to forget that until moderately recently there was a class system in place that it was hard to escape. Many people were in domestic service at the beck and call of their privilleged employees.

My own grandfather was taken from me long before I was born to serve in the ’Great War’ where he gave his life, slaughtered by the games of the privilleged classes.

My great grandfather went to India and converted to Islam marrying an Indian Muslim.

London is now a multicultured society, many Asian people perform vital roles within our society, Have a look at who the doctors, pharmacists, local shopkeppers are. Have a look at the vast range of businesses owned by people of Asian origin.

Britain may be a small island but it is still one of the major world economies, and one of the great democracies.

I am not saying everything is perfect, but it is clearly nowhere near as bad as you describe it.

  • Firstly the Brazilian man was a white Latino, his skin didn’t significantly distinguish him from the so-called ’native’ population of Britain, therefore the idea of bring in racism is almost hideous and above all stupid.

Suicide bombers can ONLY be stopped by a shot to the head, anywhere else still gives them the opportunity to detonate. The armed officers had intelligence that this man might be a suicide bomber on a mission, when he ran to the train, the policemen obviously thought that he was ready to attack. This of course wasn’t true and it seems strange why a Brazilian with no history of crime should be viewed as a suicide bomber on a mission. This suggests a massive intelligence or communications failure and the police must become far more competent and learn quickly from such a tragic failure. However if this individual had been a suicide bomber and run to the train and detonated, we would be sitting here asking why the police sat on the bottom and done nothing.

You strange use of colonialism and your complete lack of understanding of British society is obvious among your argument, you seem to be stuck in the 1960’s spouting racism and colonialism as the explanation for every complex problem, by your twisted logic the British transport/health system doesn’t work because of colonialism or racism or some other word in your dictionary that you see fit to use to bring all complex arguments down to simple understandings.

The World is complex, 1960’s Marxism explains little about our existence. It ashamed that the so called left cares little for human rights, international development and democracy and now beds ultra-right wing mullahs, uses simple words like colonist and racism to define all of reality and lacks any vision for the future and instead wallows in self-hatred. Hopefully like the post war right, a New Left will become self-critical and reform itself and look to the future not a Marxist sympathizing past.
