The Iranian government has finally developed a new weapon that can destroy the financial system underpinning the American Empire. The U.S. dollar dominance is coming to an end.
A hundred years ago the U.S. currency’s dominance was refered to as “dollar diplomacy”. After the end of the Second World War, and the fall of the Soviet Union in 1989, that policy evolved into “dollar hegemony.”
But after all these many years of great success, this “diplomacy” or (...)

THE UNITED STATES IS INSOLVENT
by Dr. Chris Martenson The End of Money
December 17, 2006
Prepare to be shocked.
The US is insolvent. There is simply no way for our national bills to be paid under current levels of taxation and promised benefits. Our federal deficits alone now total more than 400% of GDP.
That is the conclusion of a recent Treasury/OMB report entitled Financial Report of the United States Government (Download here: (...) -

Hugo Chavez Gains An Ecuadoran Ally - by Stephen Lendman
Ecuador’s Supreme Electoral Tribunal is still counting the votes in the November 26 presidential runoff election but the results seem clear - with one-half of them tallied so far they show: the peoples’ candidate, Rafael Correa, 68% and the bible-toting billionaire banana tycoon oligarch who’s also the richest man in the country, Alvaro Noboa, - 32% - results consistent with two exit polls and an unofficial citizens election (...) -
REPRESENT THE PEOPLE not the LOBBIST. OR GET out of OUR DEMOCRACY.
11 November 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
2 commentsIf you want money. GET a JOB. The democracts and republicans should stop using US tax payer dollars to support issues that are maligned at the voting booth and spin controlled in the mind controlled media.
A notice to politicians is that if you seek to profit and do not care from whom AT least stay out of our GOVERNMENTS and WORKPLACES and BUSNIESSES. Move to another country that doesn’t care ABOUT the people.
In addition the DEMS are not pressing for impeachment because they are PART (...) -

In his latest column, Lawrence C. Levy of Newsday calls upon the Democrats to show character when it comes to whom they shall vote for in the NY State Comptroller race.
In his column, he writes “But Democrats must show character and courage. Character, to look beyond party labels and cut loose a guy they have supported for years. And courage, because a vote (...) -

WHY FOR INSTANCE WAS THERE NO 9-11 TYPE ATTACK ON PARIS? ON MOSCOW? ON ROME?
SIMPLE: AS BIN LADEN AND ALL THE OTHER ARAB-WORLD LEADERS HAVE SAID: BECAUSE IT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAT GIVES ISRAEL THE WEAPONS TO OCCUPY PALESTINE AND CONTROL THE PALESTINIANS BY KILLING THEM. MANY U.S. SCIENTISTS AND ACADEMIC INVESTIGATORS NOW HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THROUGH CIA AND MOSSAD INFILTRATORS (...) -

New Orleans is a city that suffers in silence. These days, it feels like a city being strangled in slow motion, a city whose current condition makes a lie of every political platitude preached over the past year. Yet ESPN spent four hours Monday trying to make us believe that the Crescent City—through the magic of sports and the return of the New Orleans Saints—is on the verge of resurrection.
The symbol of deliverance, we were told repeatedly during the broadcast, was (...) -

1 commentBush’s Faustian Deal With the Taliban By Robert Scheer Published May 22, 2001 in the Los Angeles Times
Enslave your girls and women, harbor anti-U.S. terrorists, destroy every vestige of civilization in your homeland, and the Bush administration will embrace you. All that matters is that you line up as an ally in the drug war, the only international cause that this nation still takes seriously.
That’s the message sent with the recent gift of $43 million to the Taliban rulers of (...) -
