To top it off the Department of Homeland Security said that if the Customer drove up in a car that the bank should impound the car; take the person’s billfold and currency; demand he call his wife to come to the bank as a hostage; send a bank officer to the school to pick up his kids. They also indicated that the Customer must immediately sign over a quit claim deed to the Department of Homeland for all his property and then sign a slave labor contract agreeing that he/she will work for the Bank for nothing until his death. Strange but TRUE!
