Be you left, right or somewhere in between, the past 5 years has taken away our trust in government. We have been lied to consistantly. Questions of what is truth and what is BS continue. The old addage, "tell people something long enough, consistanly enough & they will believe." Be it a lie or a stretch of the truth, it is easier to mislead the masses than a single individual.
The Gods honest truth of the matter is that our currency is becoming worth less everyday. If Americans allow the lack of fiscal responsibility to continue borrowing a billion dollars and more each and every day, America will default sooner rather than later. You cannot run your house on a charge card day after day, year after year and never pay the bills. Borrowing eventually catch’s up to you.
The Federal government has raised the debt ceiling 4 out of the last 5 years, as not to default on it’s obligations. "It’s bills." We have been at war 3 years, waging it on borrowed money. America owes $9 trillion to creditors. The US monetary system is at its greatest risk of collaps, in its 250 year history. The greenback today is worth a promise at best and only the paper its printed on, at worst.
Should a collaps ocure, the only real currency will be gold, silver, patinum and paladium. The rainy day insurance folks lock away in safe deposit boxes. The government would declare marshall law & control the people, including the open use of precious metal commodities. The Bushes and Cheney’s have their gold and silver and enough resources to remain secure and safe. Most Americans will be on their own. For those of us who remember, we need only look back at Hitlers Germany, to see history repeating itself. German marks became worthless too. The world despised Hitler & the SS. People needed to produce identity papers on demand or be arrested. Bush & Cheney have Micheal Chertoff and HS (Homeland Security). At the present, few know if the new HS policy regarding safe deposit boxes is true. It may involve federal reserve depository banks only. Let us not forget that it was a criminal offense to tell anyone you received a National Security letter! Part of the Patroit Act. Americans must wake up and smell the coffee. There is much more going on in your Federal government than you are being told or allowed to question.
Never have Americans been so lied to and lived with so many unanswered questions. As a matter of fact, no longer is it really your government. It has become a government of the rich and powerful, dictating unreasonable rules and questionable policy. Americans need to regain control of their nation and correct rediculous and questionable policies of the past 5 years. As time passes, we see more & more frequently that we are mislead.
I questioned my sister-in-law who escorts customers to their safe deposit boxes. As of now , she is unaware of such a policy. She is employed at a small bank, not a federal reserve depository bank. Considering the many hidden laws passed since 9-11, it would not surprise me if this safe deposit policy true. Only time will tell.
