Yes the internet is a great tool for independent and dissenting opinions, and I am sure the CIA has weighed the cost/benefits of this means of communication. Google subtley censors the internet, but not so much as to raise ovrwhelming suspicion. Then the big corporate internet backbones get the information that google misses.
