If you fail to report it to the authorities...such as Interpol, FBI and the like....you can be charged under Title 18 1001 & 1002 of the US Criminal Codes......which means it’s a Federal offense NOT to report a crime.
If you possess a Birth Certificate (which means you are a Ward of the State) you MUST do as you are required by Law and not conceal a crime....In a court of Law, concealment of a crime is equivelant to the Concealment of a Weapon, and carries the maximum penalty.
The Judge will also state "Ignorance is NO excuse".
