The authority of the US Navy to police the world as they see fit is an assumed authority. They have assumed this authority because they think no one else out there can kick their ass, so they are bully cowards and war criminals of the highest order. What they really need is a good old fashioned ass whuppin’ country style. Perhaps half the fleet at the bottom of the Persian Gulf would be a good start. Then we must see that the perpetrators are brought to justice - behind bars for life.
