THE KU KLUX KLAN ONCE AGAIN CONTROLS INDIANA

23 March 2013, 20:57, by OurNewz

I am not certain what news or research resources you rely on, but allow me to politely suggest that you expand beyond what Americans call the "Lame Stream Liberal Media" for your information database. Relying on Leftist blogs, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, WTHR etc will result in skewed liberal opinions and ideology, half truths, and it is not a fair representation of the United States populous, and especially not Indiana.

Stating Indiana is "controlled" by the KKK is an absolute farce. Sure, there will be a KKK uprising on occasion, like the KKK flyers distributed in the small community of Beech Grove in 2012. But one isolated incident doesn’t mean the KKK rules Indiana any more than the New Black Panther Party rules Philadelphia and Cleveland because they had a member or members intimidating and/or threatening white people who were entering the voting polls in 2008 and 2012.

The US has three distinct factions of political belief; the left (liberals), the right (hard core religious, anti-gay, anti-abortion), and Conservatives. Liberals and liberal sites all to often combine the mindset of the right and conservatives as one, but they are NOT one and the same. Often times the right will co-exist within conservatives groups because conservatives respect their RIGHT to be ultra religious, anti-gay and anti-abortion.

Conservatives happen to be the ONE group who will sit down at the table and weigh all proposals and mediate a solution that does not ban the rights of any group. Using prayer in school as an example, if Conservatives would have been in the decision process when the Atheists were fighting to have prayer banned from schools, conservatives would have suggested a silent, eyes closed "give thanks" time. Atheist children could then silently give thanks to their parents for their blessings and children of religious faith could silently recite prayers. With liberals at the head of the courts, the Atheists complaint was addressed by shattering and removing the rights of every person of religious faith. That is not liberty, that is tyranny.

In the matter of abortion, a lot of conservatives are pro-life, but they will not protest for the removal of abortions that are done prior to 24 weeks. It is not so much approval as PROTECTING women from getting illegal abortions.

Indiana happens to, largely be, a conservative State trending to moderate conservative ideals save anything to do with Constitutional violations, there Indiana sits rock hard right.

Indiana doesn’t like knowing that every citizen in the US unknowingly commits a felony at least one time a day. The continual over-reaching legislation of the Feds has increased to the point the sovereignty of the States is being systematically eliminated in favor of a "Nanny" State. Indiana doesn’t want far reaching Federal control or the elimination of the sovereignty of the State, this is a Constitutional Republic with 50 sovereign States, not a Socialist State.

Indiana recognizes the actual harm of taxing what the politicians call the "rich". That income bracket ranges from $1 million USD to $250K USD. The "rich" include small businesses owners earning $250K who have to file as individuals and pay higher taxes than conglomerates and corporations. And, when considering the cost of living in some cities in the US, $250K USD nets a middle class lifestyle but paying "rich" taxes. Hardly just.

The true inequity is with the lack of taxing applied to the "elite". They pay less taxes than the "rich", but that fact manages to get pushed to the unmentionable because 57 Members of Congress are in the "elite" income category.

Indiana is FOR Civil Rights, what Indiana is against is Socialism. A quote from Lyle H. Rossiter, Jr says it best: The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of LIBERALISM they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without every knowing how it happened.
