The 17th street canal levee breach flooded Lakeview.........an area of New Orleans that is about
95% WHITE , not black. I should know....i grew up there and have many friends still living there. The houses where flooded up to the roofs. This conspiracy theory is crazy. The Industrial Canal breach flooded the predominately African American lower ninth ward district AND St Bernard Parish whose population is about 75% WHITE. So not only is this theory absurd, the writer doesn’t even have the facts about which canal breach flooded which area. It seems as long as we can encourage suspicion, paranoia, and hate, then facts don’t really matter. PEOPLE died......of all races and ethnicities.
