> Podcast yourself: schedule (suite)

Podcasts are no more than "audio-blogs". Everyone has a "blog" and everyone will soon have their own "pod-cast". And just as many people will listen to your "podcast" as they have read your "blog". No, the real way to get out what you have to say is to start small, start at home, be local. The internet is a vast sea of nonsense and malinformation. FUrthmore, it helps to have something to say, to be creative. I see the same shit re-hatched over and over again, plagerism is alive and thriving on the internet. I’ve seen the same exact articles written by, who knows who, posted at ten or more unrelated sites, pretending to be "orignal authors". Get ready for a sudden paradigm shift...the vastness of the internet will soon direct attention back to the local level. I see it happening already. A prime example: The new "independent" film movement is on the rise. Indie films are NOT indie films, but often sponsored, costing "minimal" amount of money, but still, tens of thousands of dollars. The new movement is much cheaper, utilizing home digital cameras, digital video editing programs (which make movie making..truly magic), and REAL creative minds.
Hollywood is failing, but people still want entertainment, they just don’t know where to find it. The "vastness" of cyberspace is no help. MOre and more people are beginning to realize the true loneliness of trying to reach-out to strangers, grasping at air, hoping for somebody to jump on their hook. When you try to reach everyone at once, you fail, even if you have great ideas, you fail. And you will feel lonely in the end. What feels better to you, random "hits" on your website or downloads of your podcast, or live applause?

Get out of your house and DO something, meet people, real people, get real friends, not MYSPACE friends. You’ll find that reaching a real audience is much more rewarding.
