REFLEXION de Guy BERNARD, militant de la Confédération Nationale du Logement (La CNL), sur le scandale de la Privatisation du Logement Social en cours ! Quid du service public de l’électricité ? L’Etat est en train d’instaurer en douce une privatisation du réseau électrique et détruit EDF... Entendu par les députés cette semaine, le patron d’EDF a piqué une colère pas très protocolaire. D’ordinaire placide, Henri Proglio a défendu bec et ongle "le patrimoine national" d’EDF face au "pillage" annoncé de la concurrence privée.

« Je défends l’Hôpital Public, lieu de formation des professions médicales et paramédicales, de l’innovation et des progrès thérapeutiques, qui offre à tous, sans discrimination, des soins de qualité.
Je m’oppose à son démantèlement qu’annoncent d’une part un nouveau mode de direction qui aura pour souci principal la rentabilité, d’autre part des suppressions d’emplois non justifiées qui altèreront la qualité des soins. L’Hôpital Public doit avoir un financement lui permettant de remplir (…) -

Baroin, le ministre du Budget, a réuni lundi 14 décembre les dirigeants des « opérateurs publics » pour exiger un nouveau serrage de ceinture.
Les opérateurs publics, ce sont les 497 organismes parapublics dépendant de l’État, comme Météo France, Pôle emploi, les musées ou encore la Bibliothèque nationale de France et l’Office national des forêts.
À ces organismes, qui sont tous des services publics, utiles, (…) -

2 commentairesDepuis 70 ans le Cned (Centre national d’enseignement à distance) a pour mission de permettre à tous de suivre des études à distance, qu’ils soient résidents à l’étranger, malades, en prison ou bien trop éloignés géographiquement d’un centre de formation.
Nous connaissons tous un ami, un collègue qui a eu son Capes ou son agreg grâce au Cned, un enfant qui a pu avoir son bac en s‘inscrivant au Cned. C’est réellement un service public de la deuxième chance, un moyen pour ceux qui n’ont pas (…) -

2 commentairesAvec la mondialisation capitaliste, les privatisations massives sont imposées à tous par le bradage des biens publics et la destruction des systèmes sociaux. Cela remet en cause la fameuse notion d’identité nationale : qu’est-ce qui nous unit ? Nos impôts ne servent plus qu’à remplir les caisses du patronat et les poches des actionnaires.
De 1933 à 1982 : constitution et création du Bien Public avec notamment : Air France, SNCF, Renault, Crédit Lyonnais, Société Générale, AFP, Alsthom, (…)
