BUSH-CHENEY DEFENCE : LOOK AT THIS EO !

We hear news today that Scooter Libby has told prosecutors in the CIA Plame Leak case that King George and his Prime-Minister Dick Cheney authorised him to leak contents of a classified National Intelligence Estimate to NYT Times reporter Judith Miller.... I thought that was illegal ? .... NOOOO !!!.... Our preznit' , invoking his dictatorial powers as Commander-in Chief , had earlier  issued an "Executive  Order " granting his Prime Ministerial  Dick  plenary  authority to  declassify classified  intelligence  to his heart's content.....  Theexecutive order’ , known in ancient times as a royal or imperial decree , legitmates all misconduct , heretofore considered illegal ...... He wants to protect us from Al Qaeda , don’t ya see .... All conduct leading toward that end is legal' .... or so Bush would have you believe ....The King and his Prime Minister wanted to fob off their phony case for war .... The classified sections from the NIE were leaked to Judy Miller  so she could spread this bullshit onto the pages of the mega-powerful , oh-so respected New York Times....  Such mass promulgation  of fraudulent "intel"  would , in turn, grease the skids  for War with Iraq.... That war would be for our own good’ ; thereby all behaviour contributing to the launching of said war is therefore legal .... 3 years into this ghastly mess... Feel more protected, Amurka ? ... I didn’t think so..... This is just the latest manifestation of the rise of an American dictator intent on supplanting the Constitutional Rule of Law.... After all , if a preznit'  can  justify any behaviour by issuance of a piece of paper served up to him by Federalist Society fascist  WH legal staffers , what other authority can stop him ? ....    The   insane doctrine of the so-calledunitary executive" means no one infringe on the president’s authority as commander in chief.....
